The coaching is designed for doctors who already have a private practice, or are actively developing one, and need individualized strategic guidance regarding their specific situation, challenges, and objectives.

Your application will then be reviewed personally by Prof. Hatem Eleishi. Acceptance is not automatic. Each application is assessed individually to determine whether one-on-one coaching is likely to provide meaningful value for your particular situation and objectives.

If your application is accepted, please note that this is an in-depth coaching process that requires substantial preparation before the session. Prof. Hatem Eleishi spends at least 15 working days reviewing your case and preparing a tailored strategic approach before the meeting.

In addition to completing this form, you will be required to submit a separate Word document describing in detail your current private practice, the problems and challenges you are facing, your objectives, and the specific areas in which you are seeking guidance. This document is an essential part of the preparation process and will form the foundation of the coaching session.

The coaching session itself is an in-depth, structured session lasting approximately 3–4 hours and may be conducted either online or in person. For doctors based in Cairo, in-person sessions can be arranged in Maadi.

Fees

The fee for the complete one-on-one coaching service is USD 350.

The fee includes the review and preparation of your case before the meeting and an in-depth coaching session lasting approximately 3–4 hours, conducted either online or in person.

If your application is accepted, the full fee must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.
